Continue to Canada’s capital, Ottawa, for a two-night stay. Enjoy leisure time this evening to explore Ottawa’s culinary offerings, including classic Canadian dishes such as butter tarts, poutine, and fresh Atlantic salmon, and, in season, savor sweet maple treats that showcase the country’s signature flavors.
