Day 1: ARRIVE IN HONOLULU Welcome to Honolulu! Meet your Tour Director in the lobby between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Day 2: HONOLULU. EXCURSION TO PEARL HARBOR Spend Your Day Your Way in Honolulu Start your Hawaiian adventure with breakfast and a meeting with your Tour Director and travel companions. Then, set out on a guided tour of O?ahu's most iconic landmarks. Visit historic Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial and Museum, pay your respects at the Punchbowl National Cemetery, explore the vibrant streets of Chinatown, and pass by the Hawai?i State Capitol, the only royal palace in the United States—?Iolani Palace—and the legendary King Kamehameha the Great statue. Visit the National Memorial and learn about one of the most pivotal moments in U.S. and world history. Cruise over to the USS Arizona Memorial and pay your respects to the 1,177 crewmen who were killed here on December 7, 1941. To this day, over 900 crewmen are entombed in the ship’s wreckage 40 feet below the water. Visit the museum to learn about the attack on Pearl Harbor, the Japanese military strategy, and the individuals involved in the events of December 7, 1941. Continue to Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site where landscapes shift from arid desert to lush tropical rainforest. Hawaiian malasadas date back to the 19th century when an influx of Portuguese sugar workers arrived in Hawaii. In 1952, the grandson of Portuguese immigrants from the Azores Islands, Leonard Rego, opened a bakery and was the first to use island fresh eggs to make them golden brown on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside.
